The Oxbow is a brand-new community of luxury apartments , built a block from the Ohio River in the heart of downtown New Albany. Our one, two, and three-bedroom homes come with in-home washers and dryers, private balconies, and high-end finishes throughout. Upstairs, the rooftop deck and state-of-the-art fitness center give you somewhere to unwind or get a workout in without leaving the building.
